Our website, videos and guides share our practical experience of living, buying and building in the Philippines. They are general information, not legal, financial, tax, engineering, surveying or immigration advice.

Consultations and services

We provide practical guidance and coordination. Where specialist advice is needed, we may connect you with trusted local professionals. You remain responsible for decisions, contracts, payments and obtaining independent professional advice appropriate to your situation.

Bookings and payment

Consultations are confirmed after payment and are arranged personally rather than through an automatic calendar.

Rescheduling appointments

If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice where possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else. For last-minute changes, contact us as soon as you can.

Digital products

The eBook and free guide are for your own personal use. They must not be copied, resold, shared publicly or redistributed without our written permission.
