What we collect

When you enquire, book a consultation, request our free guide or buy the eBook or Home Design Reference Pack, we may collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, project plans, questionnaire answers, uploaded documents and payment reference.

Why we use it

We use this information to reply to you, prepare for consultations, coordinate requested services, keep a record of your project and send the guide, eBook or reference pack you requested. We may also send occasional useful emails where you have asked to receive them.

Calculator estimates

If you request an emailed build or land purchase estimate, we send your selected figures to your email address through Brevo. We save your name, email address, calculator request and consent in our enquiry records. Where you have given permission, we may also send occasional relevant planning updates. We use hashed request identifiers to limit automated email abuse.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website, such as the pages they visit, general device and location information, and which traffic sources bring visitors to us. This helps us improve the site and its free tools. Google may use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose.

Where it is kept

Enquiry and consultation information is kept in our client records. Email subscriptions and automated emails are handled through Brevo. Payments are handled by PayPal; we do not store your card details.

Reference-pack purchases

Reference-pack payments use a hosted PayPal payment link. We verify the completed transaction and use your PayPal email, transaction reference and any delivery information you provide to email the private pack and keep payment and delivery records. Buying the pack does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Who sees it

We do not sell your information. We only share relevant details with a trusted professional when you ask us to coordinate their work, such as an agent, lawyer or surveyor.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from marketing emails, by emailing info@thegroundednomads.com.
